President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived at the Capitol in Washington to hold meetings with American lawmakers.

Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer and Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell welcomed President Zelenskyy.

Later in Washington, the Ukrainian president will meet with Joe Biden and the Vice President, as well as the Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris.
