"He is not always adequate," said Zelenskyy about Putin’s nuclear threats

"No one knows what is on his mind. He can use nuclear weapons against any country at any moment. Or not. I am not sure that he will do it. I am not convinced... I am sharing my thoughts with you, but I am not Putin, thank God," the president emphasized.

Zelenskyy noted that he cannot know for sure about Putin’s intentions.

"Because he is not always adequate, since no rational person can simply invade Ukraine and do what he has done. I believe that he loves his life and how he controls the lives of others. That’s why I believe that he should be afraid of using nuclear weapons," the head of state stressed.
