Consequences of the enemy attack on Kyiv region: a house caught fire due to UAV debris
During the night of September 29 to 30, the aggressor country RF carried out an attack on the Kyiv region using kamikaze drones. Air defence forces were active in the region, with debris from the downed objects damaging a private house.
This was reported by the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Ruslan Kravchenko, as noted by the press service of KRMA and the communication department of the Kyiv Region Police. Residents of the region were urged not to ignore the air raid alert.
"The enemy executed a new massive night attack with strike drones on the Kyiv region. The alert lasted 7 hours. The air defence forces worked effectively in the region. All targets were destroyed. There were no casualties. No critical or residential infrastructure was affected," said Kravchenko.
The head of the Kyiv RMA clarified that debris from the downed targets was found in six districts of the region. In five of those districts, debris caused fires in grass cover and stubble.
In one of the districts, debris caused a fire in a private house. In another, debris caused damages at a cemetery. Operational teams continue to work on documenting and eliminating the consequences of the attack.
