Zelenskyy told about the plan for victory and the destruction of enemy bases

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke about the importance of implementing the victory plan and destroying enemy bases. He noted that there is currently active cooperation between Ukrainian teams and the United States, as well as other partners, in preparation for the meetings and negotiations that will take place next week.

According to Zelenskyy, this week has the potential to become significant for Ukraine’s defense and for determining how the war should end. The head of state mentioned this during his evening video address.

"Our teams are now working – Ukraine and the United States, teams of our other partners to prepare ’Ramstein’ – substantial decisions and the meetings and negotiations overall next week. And this week can become positive for our defense, for our vision of how the war should end. We will do everything for this, absolutely everything. We will do it effectively," he said.

The President emphasized that political consultations between Ukrainian government officials, diplomats, and military officers are focused on filling in the military points of the Victory Plan. He assured that all the points in the plan are realistic for partners and noted the necessity of international cooperation to strengthen Ukraine’s positions at the front.

"And everything outlined in the Plan is absolutely realistic for our partners. The world has this enhancement resource, which will allow moving forward according to the Peace Formula. This is precisely our goal, our task – to guarantee Ukraine reliable peace and lasting security. This is possible exclusively on the basis of international law and without any trading of sovereignty or trading of territories. Exactly as provided for by the Peace Formula. Ukraine needs peace – true peace, just peace, – guaranteed protection from war. This is possible only on strong positions. And only then, when our people and our partners are truly united. This is what we are working for. Thank you to everyone who helps us and who is ready, like us, to make the next week in many ways historic," Zelenskyy explained.

The President also expressed gratitude to Ukrainian military personnel who demonstrate the capability of Ukrainians for effective actions. He thanked the Special Operations Center "A" of the Security Service of Ukraine for destroying Russian military objects, emphasizing that each destroyed base or warehouse of aerial bombs is a saving of Ukrainian lives and support for the front.

"I want to highlight our warriors, who are also in a way preparing the next ’Ramstein.’ That is, they are demonstrating what Ukrainians can do when they have enough weapons and sufficient long-range capabilities. I want to thank all the warriors of the Special Operations Center ’A’ of the Security Service of Ukraine – all those who demilitarize Russian military objects. I want to thank you, guys, for the destruction of Russian military logistics, especially for hitting Russian military airfields. This is what is most needed," the head of state said.

Zelenskyy also expressed confidence that more decisive actions from international partners could accelerate the end of the war.
