Night attack on Odesa: Russians damaged a residential two-story building

This was reported by the Odesa City Council on Telegram.

«At night, due to an enemy attack in the Khadzhybey district of Odesa, a residential two-story building – a former dormitory of the asphalt plant – was damaged,» the city council’s report states. 

According to their data, 9 windows in the building were damaged. Utility services promise to cover them with film by the end of the day.

«Residents were explained the procedure for receiving financial assistance from the city budget for window restoration,» adds the Odesa City Council.
