Russian troops continue to shell the Kherson region, resulting in 15 settlements being hit, and five people injured, reported the head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.

"During the past day, Antonivka, Honcharne, Shyroka Balka, Stanislav, Oleksandrivka, Kizomys, Zelenivka, Sadove, Novovorontsovka, Mylove, Olhivka, Poniativka, Prydniprovskе, and the city of Kherson came under enemy fire and airstrikes," reads his Telegram channel on Monday morning.

Prokudin noted that "as a result of Russian aggression, 5 people were injured."

He also added that the Russian military hit a critical infrastructure facility; residential areas of the region’s settlements, in particular, an apartment building and 25 private houses were damaged. In addition, the occupiers damaged a gas pipeline, a garage, a bus, and private vehicles.

The head of the RMA noted that during a nighttime UAV attack, air defense forces destroyed 2 "Shahed-131/136" over the territory of the Kherson region.
