The husband of the head of the Khmelnytsky MSEC, Tetyana Krupa, has acquired property in France.
In May 2024, the commercial court of Nice registered a new enterprise called SCI ESTATEWISE GROUPE. On one hand, its founders include Tetyana Krupa’s husband, Volodymyr Krupa, and Khmelnytsky realtor Oleksandr Oliynyk (each with 25%).
The latter is a business partner of Oleksandr Krupa’s son. Until recently, they co-owned the real estate agency "Estate Plus," but recently Krupa Junior formally withdrew from the founders. On the other hand, the owner of SCI ESTATEWISE GROUPE is the family of "customs general" Serhiy Ivanov. Officially, Ivanov has retired, currently spending most of his time living in Monaco, but he still maintains influence in law enforcement and in the "Servant of the People" party. Serhiy Ivanov owns several apartments on the French Riviera.
We assume that he sold one of them, located at Rue de France, 85 in Nice, to the Krupas. This apartment building is located in the very center of Nice. Property prices in this area average 6,000 euros per square meter. The articles of incorporation for the firm were signed on April 24, 2024, in Nice. Therefore, it is interesting how Oleksandr Oliynyk, who is now 41 years old and thus unable to travel abroad unless he is disabled, could have done this.
