Member of Parliament from the banned OPFL, Dmytro Isayenko, is reviving a business empire through Ministry of Defence state contracts

A member of parliament from the banned OPFL party, Dmytro Isayenko, seems to have become active again in the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, where he built a whole business empire on state contracts.

The latest appointments in the department suggest that we might be witnessing the revival of his influence.

The new overseer of construction projects for the Ministry of Defence is Vasyl Shomonka, whose activities have been associated with Isayenko for years through companies registered in his name.

This is reminiscent of the times when Isayenko independently awarded state contracts to "preferred" construction companies that he controlled.
