This was stated by Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an interview with leading Western media.

• Partners provided Ukraine with only 10% of the promised equipment package and fewer air defense systems.
• "I am not sure that politics will fundamentally change after the elections in the USA. Even if there are people who win and who see quick deals, quick steps, etc., we are also on the side of a quick peaceful solution."
• An invitation to NATO and the deployment of a defense package is needed at least as a signal to Russia.
