Kuleba: Before the full-scale invasion, the West wanted Zelenskyy to record a video will
The West advised Ukraine to prepare for the establishment of a government-in-exile and guerrilla warfare.
Before the full-scale invasion, the United States was confident that Ukraine would lose. In the West, it was assumed that Volodymyr Zelenskyy might be killed by the Russians, so they asked the President of Ukraine to record a video testament.
Kuleba stated that at the Munich Security Conference, Vice President Kamala Harris advised Zelenskyy to prepare for the establishment of a government-in-exile and to seek military solutions for preparing Ukraine for guerrilla warfare.
The diplomat recalled that in the last days of February before the invasion, he was advised not to return to Kyiv.
"A message was sent to me by someone - a great friend of Ukraine, and when I said I was returning, he said - ’Zelenskyy needs to record a video testament’," the former minister recalled.
