In Kyiv, a man who sold psychotropics will stand trial
In the capital, a man who, according to the investigation, sold psychotropic substances in the Svyatoshynskyi district will be tried. During searches, the offender was found with packages of "goods" ready for sale.
This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv police. The accused could face up to ten years in prison with confiscation of property.
The incident occurred in September this year. Operatives then discovered and detained a 31-year-old resident of the Kyiv region, previously convicted for similar crimes, who was distributing the psychotropic substance "Alpha-PVP" in the Svyatoshynskyi district," noted the press service.

During the search, police seized 60 packets of prohibited substances, which the offender had already laid out in the form of stash marks, as well as about 200 grams of crystalline substance during a search at the offender’s place of residence.
Currently, the investigation into the illegal acquisition, storage, transportation, dispatch, or sale of psychotropic substances or their analogs has been completed. The indictment has been sent to court for substantive consideration.
