In the declaration of the Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional Council Urbanskyi, violations were found, - NACP

The NACP, during the "full verification" process of the declaration of the Deputy Chairman of the Odesa Regional Council, deputy Oleksandr Urbanskyi for the year 2023, discovered corruption violations.

This became known from the verification materials.

Urbanskyi did not disclose information about the Audi RS Q8 (2021), which he purchased in April. The politician did not exercise the right to provide explanations.

During the full verification, it was established that LLC "Unicars" concluded a commission agreement with Volodymyr Artemenko in April, according to which the commission agent undertakes, on behalf of the principal, to make a transaction for the sale of a vehicle for a commission fee of 100 UAH, in his own name, for the price agreed upon by the parties, specifically 500,000 UAH.

The Audi RS Q8 has an odometer reading of 180,000 km, and the overall condition of the vehicle is satisfactory. In addition, on April 10, 2023, Urbanskyi concluded a one-year internal insurance contract with PJSC "IC "Unica" regarding the car.

Thus, the declarant included information in section 6 of the declaration that does not correspond to reality, amounting to 500,000 UAH.

During the full verification, it was not possible to confirm or deny whether the value of the property exceeds 100 subsistence minimums for able-bodied persons, established on the date of submission of the declaration, for reflection in this section of the declaration, namely: watches Jaeger-LeCoultre, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Chopard, Breguet, Girard-Perregaux, Maurice Lacroix, Patek Philippe, Girard-Perregaux, Audemars Piguet.

The inaccurate information specified in the declaration differs from the accurate information by a total of 540,000 UAH. Signs of an offense specified in Part 4 of Article 172-6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses were found in Urbanskyi’s actions.

Earlier, Urbanskyi arranged a fictitious divorce to avoid mobilization into the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
