The NSDC announced plans to conscript over 160,000 more individuals

This was reported, referring to an interview of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy with "Ukrainian Radio".

"It is wrong to name a specific number. I am surprised by the NSDC secretary. I did not know that he was distributing this information," he said.

According to the president, he disagrees with the numbers because one cannot talk about an exact figure; there are questions and tasks.

"Whether there are enough people on the front line is the answer, whether hundreds of thousands of people have been mobilized or not. Do I know how many were mobilized after this law? Yes. Is it enough? No. Why? Because the most important thing is people. We want to act wisely with such steps. And if there are not enough people, then certainly half a million have not been mobilized," Zelenskyy noted.
