Near Boryspil, a "voluntary assistant" of the TRC opened fire on a civilian, - Fediyenko

This was stated by MP Oleksandr Fediyenko.

"I want to officially declare that the person in uniform on the video who is shooting a traumatic pistol is neither an employee nor a serviceman of the recruitment and social support center of the city of Boryspil.

To put it very briefly, during joint inspection activities of one of the enterprises in the Boryspil district, representatives of the local VYCF (voluntary territorial community formation - Ed.) were involved. This is always done in all regions of Ukraine," said MP Oleksandr Fediyenko.

According to him, the driver, whose documents were to be checked, was wanted.

Meanwhile, Fediyenko raises the question: "on what grounds did the VYCF serviceman use his own traumatic weapon, considering that there was no threat to his life or the lives of others?" According to the MP, an investigation is underway.

At the same time, Fediyenko clarifies that "voluntary assistants" who conduct raids together with the Territorial Centers of Recruitment and Social Support are officially subordinated to the Territorial Defence Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
