The occupiers have increased the intensity of shelling in Kupyansk

This was stated during a television broadcast by the head of the Kupyansk city military administration, Andriy Besedin.

"Previously, the enemy controlled the central parts and approaches to Kupyansk with FPV drones. This made it impossible for us to deliver humanitarian aid to the city. Currently, these shellings have increased, multiplied by several times. Today, there have already been more than 10 hits specifically on civilian transport and civilian infrastructure,” Besedin reported.

At the same time, the head of the military administration emphasized that the pace of evacuation has significantly decreased, and people do not want to leave. On the left bank of the Oskol River (part of Kupyansk, the settlements of Kivsharivka and Kupyansk-Vuzlovyi), there are still over a thousand residents.
