The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the attack on the oil depot in Russia’s Rostov region
Tonight, Ukrainian military forces struck a Russian oil depot in the Rostov region and destroyed an enemy radar station of the Buk-M3 air defence missile system in the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhya region.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Friday, November 29.
«On the night of November 29, an attack was carried out on the "Atlas" oil depot located in the Rostov region of the Russian Federation. As a result of the impact, a fire broke out on the premises, with at least two sources of ignition recorded. It is worth noting that this facility was already attacked by the Defence Forces earlier this summer», the statement reads.
The "Atlas" oil depot is part of the Russian military-industrial complex, which supplies petroleum products to the Russian army.
«Additionally, in the course of carrying out missions to detect and destroy enemy air defence systems, a radar station of the Russian invaders’ Buk-M3 air defence missile system was destroyed. The facility was located in the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhya region», the General Staff added.
