Accident in Dnipro: online users "identified" the culprit of the fatal crash

Dniprovskyi public clarified the information regarding the traffic accident, as a result of which a child died and, likely, two adults.

According to the media, people were not hit at the pedestrian crossing. The BMW car of a local "rich kid" at high speed crashed into a "Ford" car, in which there were children and adults.

On social networks, a video of the alleged culprit of the fatal collision has already been found.

It is known that a 10-year-old girl died. According to various reports, two adults either died as a result of the collision or sustained serious injuries.

Law enforcement officers detained the BMW driver in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.

A criminal proceeding has been opened on this fact under part 2 of Article 286 (violation of traffic safety rules or transport operation by persons driving vehicles) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. A pre-trial investigation has been initiated.
