Ukraine lacks air defence systems: protection is needed for 20 strategic sites, - Zelenskyy

This was stated by President Zelenskyy at a briefing with German Chancellor Scholz.

The President noted that Ukraine lacks the air defense systems provided by partners, but the issue concerns not only Germany, but the policy of partners in general.

At this time, Scholz announced that Germany would provide Ukraine with the sixth IRIS-T air defence system and Sea King helicopters.

He added that in December, Ukraine would receive launchers for Patriot and self-propelled anti-aircraft guns Gepard.
