No concessions regarding our territories, Russia must get out of Ukraine, – Sybiha

Ukraine is not inclined to make any territorial concessions and insists on the complete withdrawal of Russian troops from its territory, said Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha.

“We do not accept any territorial concessions, our peace plan involves Russia’s withdrawal from Ukraine and the possibility to live in peace,” Sybiha emphasized.

Speaking at a meeting of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Malta, the minister warned against creating "gray zones" on Ukrainian territories, which could become a tool to strengthen Russia’s influence. He stressed the importance of clear geopolitical definition for Ukraine within the Euro-Atlantic community.

“It’s necessary to eliminate gray zones because Russia uses them as zones of influence,” Sybiha added.

According to him, Ukraine will not compromise its territorial integrity and sovereignty. Instead, Kyiv seeks to find a diplomatic solution that ensures the cessation of hostilities without territorial losses.
