Terrorist act in Dnipro: what is known about the detained suspect

In the photos from social media, the person allegedly depicted is Ruben Voskanyan, who was detained for the terrorist act in Dnipro.

According to information from Facebook, he is originally from the city of Marhanets, located in the Dnipropetrovsk region (the police reported that the suspect resides in this region). Odesa is indicated as his permanent place of residence.

It can also be assumed that he worked in the hotel business. Judging by his Facebook page, he also wrote on social networks, including in Ukrainian, supporting the Ukrainian military.

His Instagram for 2023 contains many photos from Odesa. The last video from there he posted in February of the previous year. The man did not share anything more in the public domain.

Additionally, his account has many photos from Crimea and several pictures from Russia. It seems they were taken a few years ago.
