In the Kharkiv region, an escalation is observed: "The enemy managed to expand the bridgehead"

Unfortunately, it is likely that the enemy from Russia has managed to significantly expand its tactical foothold in an important direction. This refers to the situation in the Kharkiv region on the Oskil River, south of Dvorichna.

This information was shared on his Facebook page by military observer Kostyantyn Mashovets.

"As far as I understand, the enemy has managed to significantly expand its tactical foothold on the Oskil River, south of Dvorichna (towards Masyutivka – Zapadne)," he noted.

Military observer Kostyantyn Mashovets explains that if north of Dvorichna the Ukrainian forces managed to push the enemy back across the Oskil River again, then southwards, the situation seems to be escalating.

"The enemy is trying to break through further towards Zapadne through the forest, already on the right bank of the Oskil," writes Mashovets.

At the same time, according to the General Staff, in the Kharkiv direction, the enemy attacked our positions near Vysoka Yaruha, Vovchansk, and Tykhe. Nine attacks were repelled by defence forces, and one battle continues.

"The enemy’s losses at present on this direction amounted to 90 military personnel killed and wounded, four vehicles destroyed, nine UAVs and one unit of the enemy’s special equipment; three vehicles and one artillery system were also damaged," according to a statement on Facebook.
