In the TRC told about hidden mobilization plans and corruption

An employee of the territorial recruitment center, who wished to remain anonymous, shared information about secret but officially unconfirmed mobilization plans.

According to him, the management of the recruitment center threatens to send their employees to the front if they do not cope with the mobilization tasks. Previously, to fulfill the plans, it was enough to send at least one draft notice or find one draft evader, but now the results depend on the overall mobilization quota set by higher authorities.

The serviceman also noted that, in practice, those who are sent to the front can be exempted for a bribe. This information is spread among recruitment center employees, who allegedly can earn income from "unofficial assistance" in mobilization matters, which regularly generates rumors within the military community.
