Andriy Tupikov was appointed as the head of the Counterintelligence Department of the SSU
Zelenskyy appointed an officer from the Ministry of Internal Affairs as the head of the SSU’s counterintelligence department.
An order was published on the president’s website, according to which Andriy Tupikov was appointed as the head of counterintelligence.
Little is known about him. It is only known that Tupikov holds the rank of major in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and was awarded the Order of Danylo Halytskyi in 2015 for showing courage in battles.
His last known position was the head of the analytical service of the special operations department of the National Guard Main Directorate.
