Ukrainians with the status "limited fit" will be fined for late MMC assessment
Ukrainian citizens with the status "limited fit for military service," who do not pass the military medical commission (MMC) by the 5th of the next month, will be fined starting from the following day.
This was stated by the spokesperson of the Cherkasy Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support.
She emphasized that this rule also applies to those who have not updated their personal data in the TRC for a year or more. Fines for such individuals will range from 17 to 25.5 thousand hryvnias depending on the severity of the violation.
According to the TRC representative, this approach is part of stricter control over the implementation of legislative requirements concerning military registration. Additionally, it aims to ensure timely data updates and medical check-ups.
She also noted that citizens who do not undergo the MMC or evade its execution risk not only being fined but also facing additional administrative measures within the framework of the legislation.
The TRC urges all those liable for military service to carefully monitor their registration data, undergo necessary procedures in a timely manner, and comply with military service requirements.
