A strike from an enemy missile killed KSPU student Oleksiy Akymenko and his grandmother

The young, talented, and promising guy studied at the Faculty of GTE and worked as a geography teacher at a school.

The 20-year-old was fond of animals, chess, and hiking. On his social media, he organized fundraisers to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine, raising money for armored vehicles for the 3rd assault brigade.

«Oleksiy was a bright and cheerful person. Very sociable, open, and sunny. An adventurer. He was involved in tourism, was passionate about medieval fighting, and loved to experience various historical personas. He was like a brother to me,» says Oleksiy’s best friend, Nazar Kudin, with a tremor in his voice.
