The situation at the front: the occupiers carried out 961 kamikaze drone attacks in a day

Throughout the day, 180 combat engagements were recorded on the front line, almost half of which occurred in the Pokrovsk direction.

This is reported with reference to the evening report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Russian forces continue active combat operations, conducting during the day:

• 24 airstrikes, dropping 34 guided aerial bombs;
• 961 kamikaze drone attacks;
• more than 4,000 artillery shellings targeting Ukrainian positions and settlements.

Situation on different fronts:

• Pokrovsk direction: The enemy conducted 88 attacks, with the greatest activity recorded in the areas of Zelenyi Hai, Oleksandropil, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Uspenivka, and others. The Armed Forces of Ukraine neutralized 150 occupiers and wounded 144 more. Additionally, 7 vehicles, an armored vehicle, a mortar, and communication equipment were destroyed.

• Kharkiv direction: Russian forces carried out airstrikes near Vovchansk, attempting to break through the defense line three times.

• Kupyansk direction: The enemy conducted 13 attacks, one of which is ongoing.

• Lyman direction: 18 attacks were repelled in the areas of Makiivka, Zarichne, Serebrianka forestry, and others.

• Siversk direction: Two attacks near Ivano-Darivka and Verkhniokamianske were repelled.

• Kramatorsk direction: The enemy attempted 7 breakthroughs in the areas of Chasiv Yar and Bila Hora.

• Toretsk direction: Ukrainian forces held back 19 assaults in the areas of Toretsk, Diliivka, and Shcherbinivka.

• Novopavlivsk direction: The enemy carried out 13 attacks, with two battles ongoing.

• Orikhiv direction: One enemy attack near Novoandriivka was repelled.

• Pridniprovskyi direction: Two assaults by Russian forces failed.

• Kursk region: 14 attacks were repelled. The enemy conducted 12 airstrikes, using 16 guided bombs.

On other sections of the front line, the situation has not significantly changed.
