Many artists of the "Molodyy Theatre" have confirmed the accusations against Bilous

In the "Molodyy Theater," headed by Andriy Bilous, accused of harassing students of the Kyiv National I. K. Karpenko-Kary Theatre, Cinema and Television University, employees confirmed that they were also victims of harassment. This became known during a collective meeting held in the theater for this reason. The video of the meeting was published on Facebook by the user Viktoriya Filonchuk.

"Who was humiliated, who was touched without permission, who received messages with hints or was asked questions about intimate life, who was not given a role because you refused, who got a role because you did not refuse, who was blackmailed, who was pressured, who was forced to send nude photos, or to whom they were sent without consent, who was forced into sex? Who was a witness or knows of such cases involving colleagues, please stand up," said one of the meeting hosts to those present in the hall.

After these words, almost half of the theater employees in the hall stood up.

Actress of "Molodyy Theater," Viktoriya Romashko, reported on her Instagram that part of the theater staff after the scandal "does not feel safe" and turned to the Kyiv City State Administration with a request to remove Andriy Bilous from the position of theater head. She also added that another part of the staff plans to write appeals in his defence.

Another theater actress, Olena Uzlyuk, thanked the youth who raised this issue and were able to talk about "such difficult questions."

"Conclusions of the day. "Molodyy Theater". Company meeting. I want to express support to my young colleagues who were able to talk about very difficult issues for them. Transformation is a sign of the times. I deeply believe. Conscience. Honor. Truth," she wrote.
