Booking process disruption: employees of defence enterprises face unexpected mobilization

Blogger and veteran Oleh Boldyryev (Martin Brest) discussed issues with exemptions at defence companies.

He noted that the logic of the exemption process has been disrupted: first, an employee is hired and their details appear in the registry, but before the exemption is processed, they are taken by the TRC.

A recent incident at one of the defence plants became a vivid example when a new employee was mobilized right at the workplace. Moreover, many are facing refusals for exemptions, and no one can explain the reasons. For instance, out of 17 people at the company, three found themselves in such a situation.
