At a number of enterprises with critical status, employees were formally given raises so that they could obtain an exemption, claims Kherson Regional Council deputy Khan.

According to his information, such employees voluntarily return part of their salary to the management after receiving it.

For this reason, he believes that the officially announced figure of an average salary of over 20 thousand UAH across the country does not reflect reality.
