The situation at the front: Since the beginning of the day, almost 50 battles have taken place

This is reported in the  report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Enemy Shelling

Today, as a result of shelling from the territory of the Russian Federation, border settlements continue to suffer. In particular:

• Bratenytsia, Velyka Pysarivka, Chernatske, Ulanove, Kucheriivka, Studenok, Stepok, Shalyhine, Sydorivka, Simeikyne in Sumy region;
• Lemishchyne in Kharkiv region.

Situation on the Fronts

In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy attacked once in the Vovchansk area; the battle is over at this time.

In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy tried to advance near Zahryzove, but was repelled.

In the Lyman direction, the invader army attacked nine times near the settlements of Novoyehorivka, Novolubivka, Yampolivka, Kuzmyne, and towards Novo, Chernechshchyna, where Ukrainian defenders have already repelled six enemy attacks, and the battles continue. Sloviansk suffered an airstrike.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the terrorist forces struck an air attack on Rai-Oleksandrivka.

In the Toretsk direction, the enemy attacked eight times today near Krymske and Toretsk, and four battles are ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have made 11 attempts to dislodge our defenders from their positions in the areas of Promin, Kotlyne, Andriivka, Bohdanivka, and Ulakli. The defense forces are holding back the enemy’s pressure and repelled 10 attacks; one combat encounter is still ongoing. The losses of the occupiers are being clarified.

In the Novopavlivsk direction today, the enemy attacked seven times near the settlements of Kostyantynopil and Burlatske, with one battle still ongoing.

In the Hulyaypole direction, the enemy attacked Hulyaipole and Zelene Pole with GABs.

In the Orikhiv direction, Ukrainian defenders are repelling an attack in the area of Stepove. Kamianske was hit by NARS.

On the Siversk, Kramatorsk, Hulyaipole, and Prydniprovskyi directions, the enemy did not conduct active offensive actions.

In the operational zone in the Kursk region, units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine repelled four attacks by Russian invaders throughout the day, with five more battles ongoing. The enemy inflicted 17 airstrikes, dropping 27 GABs, and conducted over 250 shellings, including seven from multiple rocket launchers.

In other directions of the front, the situation has not undergone significant changes.
