This was announced by the spokesperson for the Ukrainian Navy, Dmytro Pletenchuk, during a telethon. According to him, Ukraine actively uses its own missiles and has confirmed results of their effective use.

"As far as missile armament is concerned... The war has been conducted at a distance for a long time, and missile armament is key in this context," he emphasized.

Pletenchuk said that the Ukrainian Navy was among the first to actively use Ukrainian-made cruise missiles in combat conditions.

"Yes, we have many confirmed instances of using Ukrainian cruise missiles," the spokesperson noted.

He emphasized that the accumulated experience of the Navy in using domestic cruise missiles should be scaled up.
