The government has closed the "Shlyakh" system

This was reported by the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine on February 28.

The changes to resolution No. 57 regarding the departure of drivers transporting humanitarian and medical cargo were approved on February 25.

According to the new regulations, the departure of these drivers will now be possible on general grounds, not through registration in the "Shlyakh" system.

Now, the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development and regional military administrations will not register drivers transporting humanitarian or medical cargo in the "Shlyakh" system.

The government also instructed the Ministry of Social Policy, responsible for humanitarian aid policy, in collaboration with the Ministry of Defence, to develop a new mechanism for the departure of conscripted men with humanitarian cargo.

The "Shlyakh" system has been in operation since the beginning of the war and was aimed at registering drivers of commercial transport and those carrying humanitarian aid.
