The property of oligarch Kostyantyn Zhevaho, who fled Ukraine, has been transferred to the management of the state agency ARMA. Back in 2023, the State Bureau of Investigation notified the oligarch of suspicion.

Zhevaho’s assets were seized due to the suspicion of embezzling 113 million dollars from the "Finance and Credit" bank, reports  the State Bureau of Investigation.

On February 28, a Kyiv court decided to transfer to the Asset Recovery and Management Agency the corporate rights to 16 enterprises belonging to the oligarch, including a 49.5% stake in the Poltava Mining and Processing Plant. This decision has already been forwarded for execution.
