In the temporarily occupied Melitopol of the Zaporizhzhya region, Russian occupiers are intensifying repressions. The city is filled with occupation patrols that check residents’ documents, particularly young men, and photograph them.

Additionally, the occupiers are conducting searches using service dogs.

This was reported by the "Yellow Ribbon" Movement.

Activists of the movement reported a new wave of searches and checks being conducted by the Russians in the temporarily occupied Melitopol in Zaporizhzhya.

"Currently, the number of patrols in the city has significantly increased: they check everyone’s documents, especially those of young men, and photograph them for unknown reasons. There are noticeably more soldiers with dogs in the city — what they are searching for is unknown, — reports one of the activists," – the message states.
