RF attacked Beryslav and Kherson: there is a dead and an injured person

On the morning of April 10, Russian terrorist forces shelled a resident of the city of Beryslav in the Kherson region using artillery. A few hours later, the occupiers attacked Kherson with a drone, injuring a man.

A criminal investigation has been initiated in the region for the war crime committed. The shelling of the regional center was reported by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Roman Mrochko.

According to the investigation, around 06:40, the Russian army shelled Beryslav with artillery. As a result of this attack, a 59-year-old man who was on the street was killed.

Under the procedural guidance of the Beryslav District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of a war crime that resulted in the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Around 09:30, Russian military forces used a drone to attack the Dnipro district of the city of Kherson. As a result of the attack, a 64-year-old local resident sustained mine-explosive injuries and shrapnel wounds. Police officers transported him to the hospital.

Prosecutors, along with investigators, continue to document the war crimes committed by the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Russia in the Kherson region.
