Zelenskyy extended the term of mobilization and martial law in Ukraine

The head of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, signed the laws on the extension of martial law and mobilization. They will be in effect at least until August 6, 2025.

This is reported with reference to the bill cards №13172 and №13173.

The President signed both documents on Friday, April 18.

According to the bills, martial law and general mobilization in Ukraine are extended from May 9, 2025, for 90 days, that is, until August 6.

This is already the 15th extension of martial law and mobilization since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine.
