Zelenskyy commented on the Kremlin’s refusal to stop the war for at least 30 days

This was announced by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

"The Ukrainian army acts and will continue to act completely in mirror. This Easter has clearly proven that the sole source of war and the reason for its prolongation is Russia," stated the head of state.

According to Zelenskyy, Ukraine is ready to move towards peace and a complete, "unconditional and honest ceasefire that could last at least 30 days." However, it has not yet been possible to obtain a response from Russia on this issue.

Therefore, in the president’s opinion, partners need to further increase pressure on Russia to achieve peace in Ukraine.

"The situation on the front demonstrates that there needs to be pressure on Moscow and genuine control over the actions of the occupation contingent so that silence prevails," Zelenskyy emphasized.
