Zelenskyy confirmed that the Russians launched a missile manufactured by North Korea towards Kyiv

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that, according to preliminary information, during the attack on Kyiv, Russian forces used a ballistic missile manufactured in North Korea.

He noted that Ukrainian intelligence services are currently verifying all details of the incident.

"According to preliminary information, the Russians used a ballistic missile manufactured in North Korea. Our intelligence services are checking all the details," the president wrote. 

"They are killing people and mocking life together - this is the only purpose of their cooperation. Russia constantly uses such weapons - missiles, artillery. In return, Pyongyang has the opportunity to make their weapons more deadly in real war conditions," he added.

If the manufacture of the missile in North Korea is confirmed, it will be yet another evidence of the criminal cooperation between Moscow and Pyongyang. Zelenskyy emphasized that Russia and North Korea jointly use deadly weapons in combat, questioning any moral standards of their cooperation.
