The Russian army once again attacked peaceful residents of the Sumy region: there is a casualty and injured

On May 4, Russian troops continued to shell settlements in the Sumy region. The invaders killed a man in Velyka Pysarivka and injured two women in Bilopillya.

Residential buildings, the power grid, and the gas pipeline were damaged, and Bilopillya was partially left without electricity.

This was reported by the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleh Hryhorov.

According to him, Velyka Pysarivka came under enemy attack on May 4.

"The Russians struck with guided aerial bombs on the residential streets of the settlement. A civilian resident died. Sincere condolences to the family and friends," Hryhorov noted.

At the same time, the Russians struck Bilopillya with MLRS.

"The houses of peaceful residents, the electricity network, and the gas pipeline were damaged. Two women sought medical assistance. Due to the shelling, part of Bilopillya was left without electricity. Power engineers are already working on restoring the supply," said the head of the Sumy RMA.
