Scandal in Lviv: TRC dragged a half-barefoot man to the van

A scandal erupted in Lviv after a video appeared on the internet showing military personnel from the TRC dragging a half-barefoot man to a service vehicle.

The incident occurred on Zaliznychna Street during the notification of citizens subject to military registration.

According to the Lviv Regional TRC, the man refused to provide documents for verification, began to insult the military, and attempted to flee. After identifying him, it became known that he was wanted for evading military registration.

Since the man did not comply with the TRC’s requirements and resisted, it was decided to forcibly deliver him to the territorial center to clarify the details.

The TRC explains that the video online shows only part of what happened and does not convey the full picture, including the man’s actions, which may have signs of an administrative or even criminal offense.
