Zhytomyr region suffered an attack by "Shaheds": the RMA showed the consequences

This was reported by the head of the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration Vitaliy Bunechko.

As a result of the "Shahed" attack, the private sector was affected, and a fire broke out in the Zhytomyr district. Rescuers quickly arrived at the scene.

"The fire occurred in a utility building, and the blast wave and debris damaged residential buildings,"
– explained Bunechko.

According to preliminary information, no one was injured as a result of the attack.

The fire was extinguished by rescuers. The pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service checked the areas for explosive objects.

By the way, on the night of May 7, the Russians also attacked Kyiv. The enemy delivered a combined strike on the capital – there are casualties and injuries as a result of the shelling.

It is known that damage was recorded in 5 districts of the capital: Shevchenkivskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Dniprovskyi, Solomyanskyi, and Holosiivskyi.
