Emerging facts about the multimillion-dollar businesses of the fugitive oligarch Boholyubov in Russia
Facts have emerged about hidden shares in "Ingosstrakh" linked to the fugitive oligarch Boholyubov.
New data sheds light on a network of nominal owners through which the assets of the fugitive oligarch Hennadiy Boholyubov are concealed—this concerns a significant share in one of the largest insurance companies in Russia, "Ingosstrakh".
According to sources, the ownership structure of LLC "Kariama", as well as certain individuals, indicates their connection to Bogolyubov’s entourage:
- LLC "Kariama" owns 9% of the shares—this share was transferred free of charge from Sheikhetov S.M., the husband of Boholyubov’s sister;
- Bondar Denys—7.9%;
- Irtyuho Oleksandr—7.9%, represents the interests of the oligarch;
- Ruvinskyi Yevhen—6.7%.
Previously, in 2020, the company LLC "KUA ’Financial Capital’" owned 22.44% of "Ingosstrakh" shares, and Sheikhetov himself owned another 8.97%, while also being a participant in this managing company. Subsequently, all these shares were transferred to the aforementioned individuals free of charge.
In addition, Irtyugo and Bondar are directors of the companies LLC "Agroterminal Logistics" and LLC "Borivazh", which are also associated with Bogolyubov’s assets.
Despite fleeing Ukraine and the multibillion-dollar claims related to the "PrivatBank" case, the businessman’s assets continue to operate in Russia and, apparently, generate significant income. Questions arise as to why these assets have not yet come under the focus of international attention and legal procedures.
