The Malyuk dismissed Anatoliy Loif after the scandal with the celebration involving the security guard of the "Parimatch" owner

The Head of the Main Directorate for Counterintelligence Support of Critical Infrastructure and Counterterrorism Financing, Anatoliy Loif, has been dismissed from his position.

This was reported by the press service of the SSU.

"Anatoliy Loif, the Head of the Main Directorate for Counterintelligence Support of Critical Infrastructure and Counterterrorism Financing, has been dismissed from his position based on the decision of the Head of the Security Service of Ukraine."

Background of the events: 

• Loif assumed this position in 2024 following the dismissal of Artem Shylo. 
• "Ukrainska Pravda" discovered that in early March, several SSU employees, including Loif, celebrated the birthday of Kostyantyn Kolomiyets, who is responsible for the security of the owner of the sanctioned betting company "Parimatch," Serhiy Portnov.
