The Russian Federation violates the ceasefire, which it itself declined - Sybiha

Russia does not adhere to the announced truce, despite President Vladimir Putin officially declaring its abandonment on Saturday.

This was reported by Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Sybiha on the social network X.

"They continue to attack Ukrainian positions along the entire front line. Moscow misses another opportunity to put an end to the killings. This once again demonstrates that Russia’s only goal is to continue the war," emphasized Sybiha.

He noted that unlike the Russian Federation, Ukraine "is making every effort to end the war and give diplomacy a chance."

Moreover, according to him, Kyiv has already coordinated the next steps, diplomatic contacts, and efforts for the current week and beyond.
