Poland is preparing the 47th military aid package for Ukraine worth 200 million euros

Poland is preparing a new military aid package for Ukraine worth 200 million euros.

This was revealed in an interview by the head of the Polish embassy in Ukraine, Piotr Lukasiewicz.

Discussing the military assistance Poland provided to Ukraine during the full-scale Russian invasion, Lukasiewicz emphasized that the country is preparing the 47th package worth about 200 million euros, which will be delivered to Ukraine in the coming months.

According to him, the 46th military aid package to Ukraine amounted to approximately 230 million euros. It included ammunition, corporate systems, spare parts, as well as other items that support the soldiers.

The head of the Polish embassy shared that his country delivered to Ukraine from 2022 to the end of 2024.

"318 tanks, 536 combat vehicles of various types, 136 artillery systems of different calibers, 10 aircraft, 10 combat helicopters. Polish Krab self-propelled guns, Polish tanks served Ukrainians in victories, not only in defence," he noted.

Additionally, according to Lukasiewicz, the country delivered a huge amount of ammunition, combat materials, fuel and lubricants, spare parts.

"Obviously, these are enormous volumes, with a total value of around 4.5 billion euros. For the scale of our country, our army, this is a very large amount," the Polish diplomat emphasized.

He admitted that the country delivered the most at the beginning of the war, but he pointed out that even now Poland is sending further packages.
