Combined attack on Konotop: infrastructure facility destroyed, power grids damaged

In Konotop, as a result of a combined Russian attack, some streets have been partially deprived of power, and an infrastructure facility has been damaged, reports the city’s mayor, Artem Semenikhin.

According to the mayor, today’s attack "was the most massive and combined strike on our city, likely since the Second World War."

"As of now, there are no casualties or injuries... An already damaged infrastructure facility in one of the districts has been hit. Even trees have been destroyed in the area. Damage to and destruction of the residential sector have not been recorded as of this moment," he noted.

The mayor also reported that some streets in Konotop are partially without power, but "everything should be restored within the next few hours."
