The council passed a law on compensation for military personnel for unused leave

The Verkhovna Rada adopted a law on monetary compensation for unused vacations for military personnel, reported by Member of Parliament Oleksiy Honcharenko (European Solidarity faction).

"The Rada supported in the second reading the draft law on compensation for unused vacations for military personnel," - noted Honcharenko on Telegram.

According to him, a total of 311 members of parliament supported draft law No. 11495 on amendments to the law "On Social and Legal Protection of Military Personnel and Their Family Members" regarding ensuring the right of military personnel to receive monetary compensation for all unused days of annual basic and additional vacations in the event of discharge during martial law.
