Situation on the front line: The enemy does not cease attempts to advance deeper into Ukrainian territory

At the beginning of this day, 115 combat engagements took place. The Russian invaders launched one missile and 46 air strikes, using one missile and 55 guided bombs. In addition, the Russians deployed 1074 kamikaze drones and carried out 3603 shellings of our forces’ positions and populated areas.

The Situation in Kharkiv Region

In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy twice attempted to advance near Vovchansk but was repelled.

In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders in the vicinity of Zahryzove. Ukrainian defenders repelled two enemy attacks.

Combat Actions in the East

In the Lyman direction, the Russian invaders attacked Ukrainian positions 25 times throughout the day in the areas of Hrekivka, Novyi Myr, Karpivka, Lypove, Ridkodub, and Torske.

In the Siversk direction, two combat engagements occurred near Bilohorivka and Verkhnokamianske since the beginning of the day. Both attempts by the enemy to advance were successfully repelled by our defenders.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the Defence Forces successfully stopped eight assaults by the invaders in the areas of Kurdiumivka, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, and towards Bila Hora, Markove, and Stupochky.

In the Toretsk direction, the Russians attacked the Defence Forces’ positions 11 times. The occupiers concentrated their efforts in the areas of Toretsk, Romanivka, and Rusyn Yar. Our defenders successfully stopped all enemy attempts to advance.

Since the beginning of this day, in the Pokrovsk direction, the invading units tried to break through our defence in the areas of Malynivka, Hrodivka, Lysivka, Novoukrainka, Udachne, Novoserhiivka, Kotlyarivka, and Orikhove. The Defence Forces held back the enemy’s pressure and repelled 34 enemy attacks, with three combat engagements still ongoing.

The enemy is suffering significant losses - today, in this direction, Ukrainian soldiers neutralized 243 invaders, 126 of them irreversibly. Additionally, two vehicles, nine UAVs, 11 motorcycles, an electronic warfare antenna, a UAV antenna, and three personnel shelters were destroyed; a vehicle and five artillery systems of the enemy were damaged.

The Situation in the South

In the Novopavlivsk direction, the enemy attacked our positions 13 times near the settlements of Odradne, Vesele, Vilne Pole, Novosilka, and Novopil. Two attacks are ongoing.

Kursk Direction

In the Kursk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 28 enemy attacks; three combat engagements are still ongoing. The enemy also launched 12 air strikes, dropping 20 guided bombs, and carried out 157 artillery shellings.

In other directions, there were no significant changes in the situation.

Today, it is worth noting the soldiers of the 27th Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, who steadfastly hold back the enemy, inflicting significant losses.
