In 2025, as part of the economic and social development program of the city of Kyiv, an additional 7.5 billion UAH will be allocated for the construction and capital repairs of the capital’s infrastructure facilities.
Such a decision was made by the deputies of the Kyiv City Council at a plenary session.

A little more than 3 billion UAH will be allocated for capital repairs.
In addition, to localize the negative impact on the environment, additional funds are planned to be directed to the reconstruction and technical re-equipment of infrastructure facilities, the functioning of which is important not only for the capital but also for the entire Kyiv region.
Also, for the quality preparation for the heating season in 2025–2026, additional funds are provided for the construction of engineering protection systems and restoration of damaged heat supply facilities, reconstruction, and capital repair of heat networks, boiler houses, heating points, and water supply and drainage networks.
