Due to the shelling, almost half of the city is without electricity. 1.9 thousand homes in Santurynivka are without gas; restoring its supply is currently impossible. Water supply is once a day from 17:00 to 20:00, only 20–25% of the need.

This was reported by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration (RMA), Vadym Filashkin.

"Due to drone attacks, city bus services have been canceled. The suburban route to Druzhkivka operates on a limited schedule.

In the city, 7 reservoirs and 11 water tanks have been installed, 12 wells are operational, 6 of which are equipped with purification systems. There are 5 resilience points in operation, and 2 more are on standby.

Despite everything, medical workers, utility services, police, and the authorities are functioning in the city. However, the enemy systematically destroys critical infrastructure.

Evacuation is not just a choice. It is a matter of life.
